Multicultural staff do not understand what is requested of them. No idea about table service, clearing a table. Happy to speak in their own language and ignore a paying customer.
When I complained about the handle on the tea cup being too small an having difficulty picking them up, I was offered a free biscuit, the same one that came with my tea. The tea cups are an accident waiting to happen as you cannot pick them up.
I ordered peppermint tea. I received a pot of hot water, a plate with a tea bag on it and a cup. Seriously!!!!!! What do you look forward to when you go out.........real tea with tea leaves. You know like from T2 in a pot.
The food was horrible and I will never ever go back
